What is Remote Assist?
With our Level One Remote Assist Sessions we can offer you direct, real time interaction while you are at your computer and we are at ours.
You can watch your design being worked on and ask for changes in real time.
We can connect directly to your computer to sort out and questions or setup issues.

Level 1: $75 Per Hour (billed in one hour increments)
Need to add more people to the session?
Add $30 per person per hour.
Support Plan Members can use 5 Support Incidents per hour.

Billing:
Payment for Remote Assist before start of your session. You will be billed a minimum of 1 hour, but will be billed in 15 minute increments for any time spent in the meeting over 1st hour. Session reservation requires that payment information is supplied in advance of your scheduled training time.
Pay online, by email invoice, or snail mail check.
(note: payment must be received and cleared before work starts)
Cancellation:
Notice is required 1 business day in advance to cancel a training appointment and avoid billing. Sessions cancelled without appropriate notice will be charged in full.
