What kind of services do you provide?

We provide everything from design of logos, branding guides, marketing materials, stationery, web sites, email marketing to video, photography. 3D animation, and printing.

We provide promotional products, including pens, T-shirts and other products. Check out our capabilities, but feel free to ask.

Yes! Skinny Pixel has work with many companies with established brands. We can match your colors, fonts and layouts with ease.

What do you charge for your graphic design services?

Take a look at our Detailed Information pages (see links above)and our online price charts to find out a general cost for our services. If your needs are different than what’s listed, contact us to get a custom quote.

What is the client's involvement in the design process?

We ask for reasonable return of emails and calls, as we provide to our clients, but also notice if a project is delayed or cancelled. Skinny Pixel tries to cover all terms and conditions on this website so there will be no sup rises in the design process. See our Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of this page.

How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?

This is where Skinny Pixel really shines. From years of listing to our clients needs we have developed the most advanced and easy to use system that will keep you up to date. Just login to your Client Page to view all current and past project updates. More Information

How will I receive my design project once it is finished?

Logos will be delivered in electronic formats, including EPS, JPEG, and any others requested. Your web site will go live only after it tests well in most browsers and the client has ok’d it. Print materials will be delivered to you. We always keep an electronic copy in case you've lost yours.

Who owns the copyright for work Skinny Pixel Technologies has done for me?

We require a contract on all projects, which gives you full copyright, when we are paid in full.

How does your design process work?

Skinny Pixel Technologies will be happy to guide you through all of the stages (from Web Site Planning to Online Marketing) in getting your business online with our professional web designs services . We analyze your needs with a business-driven approach and integrate it into a website that gets productive results.

I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?

Depending on our current work schedule, we may be able to fit it in. If it pushes another job already in progress, we will charge rush fees of 50-100% of the cost in addition to the original price.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, cash and checks. If you would like to pay via credit card, a 3% charge will be added on to cover processing fees.

How did you arrive at your hourly rates?

Our rates are based upon working in the field for a decade at various agencies, both large and small, and is based upon competitors of a similar size and focus.

How do Skinny Pixel Technologies's rates compare with those of its competitors?

Our rates are very competitive, and we offer more value-added services for our prices that many of our competitors do not.
Our work is of the highest standards that you would pay 2 to 3 times as much from large graphic houses.

Will you provide me with a firm quote once I submit my request?

Based upon the information provided, we will create a quote for you. If details change, we will modify the quote accordingly and inform the client before that work begins.

How do I place an order for graphic design?

You can call us at (904) 624-0123, email us, or fill out our request a quote form for a more complete quote. We will respond to inquiries as soon as we are possible.

What do I need to give you to get the process started?

Skinny Pixel Technologies requires a 50% retainer fee be paid up front before any work is started.

Why do you require half of the payment up front, then the rest upon delivery?

This is standard practice among many designers, and we consider this a good faith deposit so that work can proceed. We request the rest upon delivery so that we can pay our vendors and continue working on projects for our clients.

Do you offer discounts for large projects or steady, repeated work?

Yes! For large projects, we try to be as cost-effective as possible. For repeated work, we have a specific signed contract, and the repeated business must occur a number of times. For more information, contact us.

What are your turnaround policies?

Generally, we can turn around projects in a few days; printing can take anywhere from a couple days to a week or two, depending on the complexity of the job. More complex jobs, including web sites and large brochures, generally take 30-45 days.
