Returns and Refunds

Please refer to the Standard Business Agreement provided to you on project start for exact policies in regards to your project.

If you are not satisfied with the first drafts provided by Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc., and have paid the full fee up-front, you may request a refund by completing the Refund Request form, which will be provided to you upon request.

Upon timely receipt of the completed form, Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will refund the total payment made by you, less the amount stated below for the project you purchased.

If the request is submitted within 3 business days from when the initial first drafts were completed, you will not be billed the remaining balance for the project you purchased. If the Refund Request form is not completed within 3 business days from when the initial Responses are sent, you will be billed the remaining balance of the price of the selected package. In addition, refunds are only available to the actual Client for whom the project was created. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. Furthermore, you shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if you request additional revisions to any of the initial concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc.

Logo Design Refund Policy:

Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will retain the following amount: $50 for the first draft. Additional design costs to be charged with refund request:$30 for the second draft,$20 for the third draft. Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will not provide refunds on projects that have been finalized. In no case will the refund amount exceed the pricing of your stationery design.
Refunds. If you paid ninety-nine dollars ($99.00) up-front and are not satisfied with the initial Responses provided by Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc., you may complete the project cancellation form or email support@skinnypixel.com. If the request is submitted within 3 business days from when the initial Responses were completed, you will not be billed the remaining balance for the logo package you purchased. If this form is not completed within 3 business days from when the initial Responses were completed, you will be billed the remaining balance of the price of the selected package. In addition, refunds are only available to the actual Client for whom the logo was created. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. Furthermore, you shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if you request additional revisions to any of the initial concepts. Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will retain the following amount: $50 for the first draft. Additional design costs to be charged with refund request:$30 for the second draft,$20 for the third draft. Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will not provide refunds on projects that have been finalized. In no case will the refund amount exceed the pricing of your stationery design.

Web Design Refund Policy:

Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will refund the following amount: Full web site package or contract amount less $250 for the first draft. Additional design costs to be charged with refund request: $50 for each draft after draft 1. Example: If you have ordered a Basic Web Package, and you request a refund after you have received the first draft, and 2 revisions, Skinny Pixel will retain $350. If your web site project is included with a logo package, the refund amount will be as specified above under “Logo Packages”. Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will not provide refunds on projects that have been finalized, or if your design has been converted to HTML, PHP, ASP or flash. In no case will the refund amount exceed the pricing of your web design project.

Brochure/Graphic Refund Policy:

Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will refund the following amount: Full brochure package or contract amount less $150 for the first draft. Additional design costs to be charged with refund request: $50 for each draft after draft 1. Example: If you have ordered a 8.5” x 11” tri-fold brochure, and you request a refund after you have received the first draft, and 2 revisions – you will be charged a $250. If your brochure project is included with a logo package, the refund amount will be as specified above under “Logo Packages”. Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will not provide refunds on projects that have been finalized. In no case will the refund amount exceed the pricing of your brochure or graphic design.

Printing Refund and Returns:

All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. Client print orders have no re-sale value therefore No refunds are given once Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. begins printing your order, which means Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and started work on your job (i.e., your job is in production).The cost of labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.), and administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from the total refund.

In some cases, a partial or full refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed by Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. for a specific order. Please note that such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order.

In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. for that order. you will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the age of the order and whether a proof was created. Age will be calculated in calendar days from the date the order was placed.

If the error is verifiably due to Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc., we will re-print the order at our cost. Any defect/s discovered in your shipment must be reported to Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. within 10 days of your order’s receipt. To qualify for a free replacement order, you must return your entire product (at your own expense) within 15 days from the time THE product was delivered. All Charges related to expedited orders (rush printing or shipping) are non refundable unless ups fails delivery or delivers damaged product.  There will be a 10% charge to all changes to an order resulting in a credit.

Email Signatures:

Returns due to unhappy with graphics:
Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. will refund the following amount:
100% for the first draft.
Additional design costs to be charged with refund request: $50 for each draft.

Returns Due to Technical Problems:

If it is discovered that the email signature will not work in the client's email environment due to any of the following factors:

• Clients email program does not allow for email signatures. Please see a list of supported email programs here
• Client discovers that their email signature is blocked by the email software that the majority of their recipients.

If an email error is verifiably due to Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc., we will fix the error. Any defect/s discovered on your email signature must be reported to Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. within (30) days of your order’s receipt.
