Advanced Email Signatures -

Email Solutions are a service of Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc.

End-User License Agreement
This Advanced Email Signature End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal AGREEMENT between you
and Skinny Pixel Technologies for the Advanced Email Signature product identified above, which
product includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic
documentation (" Advanced Email Signature" or "Email Signature " or "Product"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Email Signature product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

Do not use this Advanced Email Signature until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. By using the Advanced Email Signature, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not wish to so agree, do not install or use this Advanced Email Signature.

1. Payments Policy: Please refer to our Payments Area

2. Refunds: Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Area.

3. Support: First month free

Good Package: Support Ticket System - 48 hour respose time
Better Package: Support Ticket, Limited Phone Support 24 hour response time
Best Package: Support Ticket, Priority Support Form, Client Login, Phone Support, Remote Connect, and more.

Support may also be purchased separately.

4. Lawful Use: Client may only use the Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. products, networks, computers, software and/or other services for lawful purposes. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless in any claims resulting from the Client’s use of the Company's services which damages the Client or another party.

5. Offensive Use: Clients may not display any content or information or provide links to offensive material of any kind. The Company reserves the right to remove any material we deem to be offensive.

6. Warranty and Liability: Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for fitness or merchantability of any services or products it supplies. Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of use, or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind in connection with or arising from Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. furnishing or failing to furnish services, equipment, material or advice of any kind. Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc.’s maximum liability regardless of the form of action taken shall not exceed the charges paid by the Client.

7. Copyrights and Trademarks: Client represents to Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, logos, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork used on the Client's signature or website are owned by Client, or that Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by Client.

8. Design Credit: Client's signature may contain a link to the Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. website. Client agrees that Client's signature may be included in the Company's portfolio. If Client wishes to purchase a private label signature, Company will provide pricing details for this service.

9. Breach of Agreement: Skinny Pixel Technologies Inc. reserves the right to cancel accounts and terminate services if the Client is found in breach of these Terms and Conditions of Service.
